Excellent Stay Experience

subway station free amenities great shower patient staff

The hotel is very close to the subway station. This made getting around the city simple (especially during rush hour). Free amenities like bath salts and sunscreen were readily available in the lobby. The shower had great pressure and consistent temperature. i found the staff to be helpful and patient.

Convenient and Well-Equipped Stay

metro station quiet atmosphere

The hotel's location next to the metro station made exploring the city very simple. I found many restaurants nearby, providing ample dining options. The hotel had a quiet atmosphere, and offered toiletries in the foyer. This was very helpful. I liked that the hotel also provides extras like toothbrushes and razors.

The lifts sometimes smelled of alcohol and cigarettes . This was particularly noticeable in the evenings.

great location helpful staff small room inefficient machines

i found the location to be excellent for exploring. it was close to the station entrances which was really helpful. they arranged for our luggage to stay since i was coming back to stay later. i appreciated this a lot.

the room was quite small i could open only one suitcase at a time. the room decor seemed a bit old. i also thought the self serve laundry machines were terrible and inefficient.

I found it super easy to request new towels. the staff hung them on my door for me. there were lots of free amenities available. the hotel is close to higashi shinjuku station. This station provided access to many areas of the city.

The room was small. i also noticed stained carpet in my room. the soap dispenser was dirty. I found marks on the bathroom walls too.
